Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within Israel and 7–14 internationally. Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email us at hello@insane-running.com with your order number.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at hello@insane-running.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
